One of the few hotels with its own private beach, located not far from Sharjah Airport. The place is clean, the staff are polite and attentive, and the breakfast offers good variety. Mostly occupied by package tourists from the CIS.

整体体验感很好的酒店，乾净衞生，设施不错，有泳池、有沙滩、有游戏房，早餐也很好，很适合亲子度假，3个房间，2个升级了海景房，唯一不足是办理入住和退房效率有点慢

お部屋にバスタブあるのがありがたい！アメニティは电话でオーダーしなきゃいけないの手间だけど充実してる。ルームサービス頼みましたが美味しかった。朝食ビュッフェも大充実で美味しい。ビーチもプールも绮丽だけど、お部屋にすこし髪の毛が落ちたままだったのが気になったかな… それ以外はスタッフのサービスもよいし、またゆっくり泊まりたいです！

Excellent hotel, but I had a problem when leave the hotel : When I reached home in Al Ain. I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car

An okay hotel. Nice private beach. Almost all guests are Russian. Staff friendly, especially Yohan at the pool bar.

Overall, the Sheraton Sharjah Hotel is in a nice location, The hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. The receptionist was notably avoiding guests during check-in, and staff repeatedly asked for positive reviews, which felt unprofessional. It seems the only thing they are motivated about is having their names mentioned in good reviews.

Отель превзошёл мои ожидания: выглядит, как сказочный замок, расположен на берегу с пологим безопасным заходом, чистые и прохладные номера. Питание разнообразное и очень вкусное. Получила в подарок красивый тортик в день отъезда.

De mooiste uitzicht naar de mooiste muur van het hotel ??. Je zag letterlijk alleen de muur…….. niks dus. hotel is speciaal voor gasten uit Rusland, personeel spreekt vloeiend Russisch. Zwembad is gereserveerd met stoelen die gereserveerd met handdoeken maar geen mens te bekennen. Daar moet echt wat aan gedaan worden. Zodra mensen terug het hotel ingaan, hoort de stoel aan iemand anders gegeven te worden die er gebruikt van kan maken. Geen 5 ?? waard Sheraton bedankt voor het waardeloze uitzicht ????
